Part‑Time Weekend Security Officer – Columbus, NE

Wage: $18.00 / hour

We are hiring qualified individuals to serve as security officers at a Columbus, NE location. The ideal candidate will provide impeccable customer service, uphold our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, and ensure a safe environment for clients and guests.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation of incidents.
• Frequent interaction with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Conduct foot patrols of assigned sites.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned location.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or the ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Strong computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Impeccable customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Participation in pre‑employment screening, including drug screening and background investigation.
• Pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Excellent written communication skills.
