* Required Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience

1 year of relevant warehouse distribution or logistics experience required

Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment

Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment

Experience with Walkie Ryder motorized pallet jack

Experience with material handling equipment

Experience using Voice or RF scanners preferred

Ability to read and interpret distribution documents

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Tech Skills

RF scanner operation

Barcode scanning and order processing

Voice picking systems

Material handling equipment operation

Pallet building and palletizing

Shipment verification and packaging

Inventory and distribution documentation

General computer and RF device usage

Good Documentation Practices knowledge

Responsibilities

Scan barcodes, pick label and process customer orders

Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment

Process orders using RF technology

Maintain work areas according to SOP and work instructions

Follow Good Documentation Practices requirements

Complete RF device training requirements

Verify order accuracy and package shipments

Build pallets and prepare completed orders for shipment

Re palletize products as needed

Perform dock manifest duties when assigned

Operate shrink wrapping equipment when required

Transport pallets using approved material handling equipment

Follow all safety procedures and operating practices

Maintain attendance and training requirements

Report injuries hazards unsafe conditions and suspicious activity

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards

Cross train in other warehouse functions and provide backup support as needed

Support quality safety and security initiatives

Perform additional duties as assigned
