- Unload incoming shipments by hand or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies to supervisor
- Stock and rotate product on shelves and in storage areas according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with periodic inventory audits
- Enter receiving data into company software systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks; secure and verify loads before departure
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
- Assist customers in loading purchased products into their vehicles
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisor
- Keep all equipment clean and in proper working condition
- Follow all company safety standards and comply with OSHA regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
- Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning of warehouse and storage areas
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisor immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or agricultural experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
