Accounting Supervisor
bhm cpa group is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, supervise staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and tax
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for multiple entities
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and feedback
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects
- Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel Skills;
Quickbooks experience a plus - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
