- Review pay applications and disperse funds for vendor payments.
- Monthly review of job cost coding and tracking construction costs.
- Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Perform all accounting functions associated with the projects, e.g., prepare consolidated financial statements, posting of general ledger entries, tracking of the cash position for each project and any other tasks deemed necessary.
- Perform monthly computation of fees charged to jobs.
- Verify prevailing wage process with vendors.
- Assist with monthly cost certification reports.
- Assist the accounting and development team with any special projects and analysis needed.
