Financial Reporting Manager

This is an in-office role
.

• Direct the end-to-end preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and critical regulatory documents including FERC Form 1 and 3Q
  .
• Manage all aspects of ledger and sub-ledger accounting, ensuring a seamless month-end close and gold-standard reporting framework.
• Interpret and apply the latest SEC, FASB, and FERC pronouncements to maintain total transparency across a multinational enterprise.
• Own the EDGAR and XBRL submission processes while championing initiatives that enhance reporting scalability and efficiency.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating strategic relationships with internal business partners and external auditors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
• 5+ years of experience in industry/public accounting
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience in a multi-billion dollar corporation and utility iIndustry preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
