* Location:
** Columbus, OH
** Overview:
** This position will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end client billing operations, including generating and distributing statements, processing account debits and rebates, maintaining accurate billing data, and updating client information in coordination with internal teams.##
** Responsibilities
* ** Generate billing statements according to relevant client billing schedule
* Distribute billing statement to client
* Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts
* Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients
* Work with Data & Reporting team to maintain and clean billing-related data in Portfolio Management system
* Update client billing information when necessary
* Calculating and verification of new clients invoices
* Managing client account receivables##
** Qualifications & Requirements
*** Bachelor’s or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience
* Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)
* Portfolio Accounting Software experience preferred
* Experience with custodian interaction preferred## Competencies

*** Physical Requirements
*** This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
** U.S. Eligibility Requirements
*** Must be 18 years of age or older.
