What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will play a key part in the monthly close process and support a wide range of general ledger and full-cycle accounting activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with month-end close and core general ledger accounting
- Preparing, posting, and reviewing journal entries
- Performing account reconciliations across a broad range of balance sheet accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, prepaids, fixed assets, accounts payable, accruals, and payroll
- Supporting fixed asset accounting and maintaining depreciation schedules
- Handling intercompany accounting activity and related eliminations
- Assisting with financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting
- Partnering with the financial reporting team and supporting consolidation needs as needed
- Creating internal reports and monthly dashboards for management review
We are seeking someone with a solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a larger organization.
Preferred background includes- 3 to 7 years of experience in corporate accounting, general ledger accounting, and/or public accounting
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience working with larger ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- MBA, MAcc, MSA, CPA, CMA are a plus
- Broad exposure across multiple areas of accounting and finance

$75,000 to $85,000 base salary
