Bookkeeper

We’re partnering with a growing organization in the Columbus area seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple areas of accounting.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily banking activity, including reconciliations and credit card transactions
• Process accounts receivable, including posting payments and maintaining accurate records
• Handle accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payment processing
• Assist with month-end close, including bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Support financial reporting and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Work within accounting and property management systems to track and report financial data
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide backup support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Experience with Yardi or similar software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
