• The Accounts Payable Specialist will efficiently match invoices with purchase orders
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will voucher and post invoices accurately and quickly
• Verify entity, company, GL-coding, and that invoices match prior to posting
• Assist with statement review, creating credits, and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues
• Assist the team with GL coding and PO inquiries, as needed

• Must have 2+ years’ experience with Payables
• Proficiency in working with computer software is essential
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel is preferred

Salary Range: $44,000 – $52,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
