Senior Accounting Manager

This role is well-suited for someone who has grown up through accounting and is now looking to take ownership of a team and the processes that support it. You’ll be stepping into a position where your input is valued, not just in closing the books, but in improving how things are done.

The work itself is a mix of oversight and execution. You’ll guide the month-end close, review financials, and make sure everything ties out, but you’ll also have the chance to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and help the team operate more efficiently.

What this role touches regularly:

• Managing the month-end and year-end close process
• Reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Maintaining and improving internal controls and accounting procedures
• Supporting audits and working with external partners
• Leading, coaching, and developing accounting staff
