Location:
Columbus, Ohio (On-site)
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + benefits
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Accounting Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing core accounting functions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative workflows and accurate financial management.
This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing operational and financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Office Operations- Oversee day-to-day office functions, including supplies, vendors, and facilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative needs
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects
- Maintain office policies and ensure operational efficiency
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end close
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations
- Coordinate with external CPA and auditors
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and support basic HR functions
- Coordinate payroll processes with external providers
- 3–7+ years of experience in accounting, office management, or a blended role
- Working knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, GL)
- Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment
- Competitive salary in the $70–80K range
