Salary: $50,000-$60,000
Location: Columbus, Ohio

• This role works closely with the Accounting Manager and provides strong mentorship and exposure to leadership

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing and cash applications
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past‑due balances
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Prepare aging reports and support month‑end close activities
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
• Assist with ad hoc projects as directed by accounting leadership

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
