The Payroll & Accounting Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization's bi-monthly payroll process and providing accounting support to the Finance Department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while also supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit preparation, and general bookkeeping functions.
Payroll administration is the primary focus of this role, with accounting responsibilities serving as secondary support. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll in ADP, maintaining accurate financial records in Quick Books, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
This position offers flexibility in scheduling and is expected to work approximately 24–32 hours per week over 3–4 days, with onsite presence required.
