- Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay requests
- Prepare monthly owner billings
- Reconcile, audit and forecast for internal monthly cost reports
- Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues
- Maintain and monitor job files and document control
- Review and audit reconciliations
- Prepare various accounting reports
- Audit monthly state use tax returns
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree required. Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
