What You'll Do

Lead Complex Client Engagements
- Manage corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements from planning through delivery while ensuring technical excellence, exceptional client service, and profitable execution.

Develop High-Performing Teams
- Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Associates, Staff, and Interns while fostering a collaborative environment built on accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Become a Trusted Advisor
- Help business owners navigate complex tax and financial decisions by providing proactive planning, practical recommendations, and long-term strategic guidance.

Strengthen the Practice
- Improve engagement profitability, identify new business opportunities, support firm initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of a nationally respected accounting and advisory practice.

What We're Looking For

• CPA required.
• Approximately 5-8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local taxation.
• Experience managing corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements.
• Proven ability to coach and develop professionals.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
• Desire to participate in practice growth and leadership.
• Commitment to continuous learning and embracing emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tax tools.
