Salary: $80,000–$90,000

• Ability to shape and improve processes and internal controls

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, GL, payroll support, revenue recognition)
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare and deliver financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage grant tracking, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Support audit preparation and serve as liaison with external auditors
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  
  Experience with full-cycle accounting and close processes
• Exposure to nonprofit or grant accounting (preferred)
