Payroll Specialist

Acommercial construction companyis looking for aPayroll Specialist. This role will serve as the company's dedicated payroll resource while supporting HR and accounting functions.

The company is separating a longtime shared‑services arrangement and bringing this position fully in‑house as a dedicated resource.

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee and payroll records
• Assist with payroll reporting and compliance
• Support HR and accounting administration
• Answer employee payroll‑related questions
• Help with special projects as needed

• Payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience with HR, accounting, or office administration is a plus
