We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices accurately and on time, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Pay: $50,000-$60,000

• Process and code invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Assist with month-end close and audit preparation
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

• Prior accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Dependable, organized, and deadline-driven
