You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work directly with experienced Partners and firm leaders.
• Lead increasingly complex tax engagements.
• Mentor and develop Tax Staff and Interns.
• Build lasting relationships with privately held businesses.
• Expand beyond compliance into planning and advisory services.
• Develop the skills needed to advance into Tax Manager.

• Lead complex corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements.
• Research challenging tax issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Coach and review the work of developing tax professionals.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful planning.
• Improve engagement quality, efficiency, and profitability by embracing technology and continuous improvement.

• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum two exam sections completed).
• Approximately 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns.
• Strong technical research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Desire to mentor others and continue developing as a leader.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Target Base Salary: $95-108k commensurate with experience and credentials.
