The Franklin County Auditor’s Office seeks a Tax Incentives Specialist to join the Real Estate Appraisal team in a hybrid role. Responsibilities include managing exemptions, abatements, CAUV and other tax incentives, and ensuring applications contain all required information.
You will process Final Determinations, maintain data, prepare and file records, and assist customers across county agencies with inquiries in person, by phone or email.
