Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. In this role, you will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations. You'll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salary employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS and payroll systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
- Validate time and attendance data, resolving discrepancies with supervisors.
- Calculate and audit deductions, garnishments, bonuses, and shift premiums.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and wage laws.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Finance and HR.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of customer service.
- Support year-end processes, including W-2s and tax filings.
- Partner with HR and Operations to improve payroll processes and controls.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
