- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Analyze financial data and assist with financial reporting.
- Partner with operations, purchasing, and production teams to support manufacturing-related accounting activities.
- Assist with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and inventory reconciliations.
- Leverage ERP systems to process transactions, generate reports, and improve accounting efficiencies.
- Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong account reconciliation experience is required.
- Experience working within an ERP system is required (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar).
- Understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience with inventory, cost accounting, or manufacturing operations is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
