Are you an experienced AP Specialist looking for a stable opportunity with a well-established company? Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an AP Specialist to join their accounting team and take ownership of the full accounts payable process.

As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing full-cycle accounts payable
• Processing approximately 10-30 invoices per day
• Handling invoices received through mail and a shared AP inbox
• Setting up and maintaining vendor accounts
• Preparing weekly payment runs
• Uploading ACH payments to the bank
• Ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time

The ideal AP Specialist will bring 2-3 years of accounts payable experience along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required:

• 2-3 years of AP experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and a steady invoice volume
