Accounts Payable Specialist

Client in the industrial services industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with high-volume manual invoice processing, matching, reconciliation support, and vendor payment workflows. Salary is $50-$60k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will process up to 300 invoices weekly in a high-volume manual AP environment
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will upload invoices, create vouchers, and perform matching and discrepancy resolution
• Support reconciliations and assist with check and ACH payment processing
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice and PO issues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

• 2+ years of high-volume manual accounts payable experience
• Experience with invoice matching and full-cycle AP processing
• Experience with vouchering is a plus
