Bookkeeper

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a growing business. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing bookkeeping responsibilities independently.

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Assist with payroll processing and vendor payments
• Organize receipts, records, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with management and external CPA/accountant as needed
• Help improve financial tracking and internal processes

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
• Experience with Quick Books Online preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong communication and time management skills

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience supporting small businesses
• Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reporting
