CFS is seeking a Lease Administrator in Columbus, OH to support the growing portfolio through accurate lease accounting and administration.
You’ll abstract leases, set up tenant accounts, manage rent invoicing, CAM reconciliations, collections, and lease compliance, working with accounting and property teams.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business and 2+ years in CRE lease accounting, with strong Excel and communication skills.
