Assistant Controller

We’re looking for an Assistant Controller to help lead the finance function within a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role combining financial reporting, controls, planning, cash flow management, and team development with direct exposure to plant operations.

• Maintain accurate financial reporting, accounting records, and internal controls
• Lead financial planning and support business planning processes
• Oversee cash flow, AR/AP, collections, and disbursements
• Strengthen financial systems, procedures, and operational controls
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and other departments
• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and develop members of the finance team

• 5+ years of post-qualification industrial accounting within manufacturing
• Degree in accounting, business, or a related field
• Professional accounting designation such as CMA, CGA, CA, or equivalent
• Strong financial analysis, controls, and accounting knowledge
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced plant environment
