Accountant

We are partnering with a highly stable manufacturing organization to add an Accountant to their team. This position offers significant exposure to operations, leadership, and career progression within a well-established and growth-oriented environment.

• Lead month-end close activities related to operations, including journal entries, account analysis, and variance explanations
• Monitor and evaluate production-related costs, identifying trends and drivers impacting financial performance
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner with operations teams to ensure accurate financial data tied to inventory and production activity
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory observations, and reconciliation processes
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership through reporting and ad hoc analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required - no exceptions
• A new graduate will be considered, some accounting experience is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

Note the opportunity is located approximately 45 minutes south of Columbus, Ohio and applicants must be able to commute daily
