Accounting Manager
Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, grant reporting, and payroll processes in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Salary is $75-$90k, DOE

- The Accounting Manager will prepare and manage monthly reporting for multiple grants
- The Accounting Manager will process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 30–35 employees through ADP
- Maintain hands-on general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Support month-end close activities and assist with audit and budget preparation as needed
- Must have hands-on accounting experience with nonprofit or grant-funded organizations
- Must have experience managing month-end close and financial reporting
- Experience with ADP payroll or Quick Books is a plus
