• Lead financial data management for the monthly close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Oversee and audit fixed asset records for compliance and accuracy.

• Prepare documentation for external audits and support year-end closing activities.

• Consolidate and interpret accounting inputs from multiple departments to produce reports for executive and regulatory use.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and change notices in line with company policies.

• Review vendor contracts and analyze market/delivery conditions for material availability.

• Ensure compliance across purchasing and financial transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Hands-on experience with financial statement preparation and monthly close processes.

• 2–5 years of experience supporting audits (internal or external).

• Detail-oriented and confident in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
