A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its growing tax practice.
This is more than a traditional tax management position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key business leader within the organization
, develop and maintain significant client relationships, mentor tax professionals, and work closely with firm leadership on strategic growth.

- Lead complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements
- Review and sign tax returns
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients
- Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Mentor and develop tax professionals
- Build new client relationships and expand existing accounts
- Partner with firm leadership on strategic growth
- Lead engagements across multiple industries
- 7+ years of tax experience
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing and signing tax returns
- Strong tax planning, consulting, and compliance experience
- Demonstrated client relationship management experience
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing staff
- One of the following credentials:
- CPA
- EA
- JD
