As an Audit Senior in our Not-for-Profit & Affordable Housing Practice, you'll play a lead role in serving organizations that strengthen communities while advancing your own career. • Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Lead, coach, and develop audit staff to create high-performing engagement teams.
• Navigate complex audit, compliance, and financial reporting matters.
• Collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers, and Shareholders on strategic client initiatives and practice growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Public accounting audit experience required.
• Strong foundation in financial statement audits, audit planning, risk assessment, and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with Not-for-Profit organizations, Affordable Housing, LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, or other compliance-focused environments preferred.
• CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
• Skills: Client relationship management, leadership, communication, project management, and sound professional judgment.
