Accounting Manager

Position: Accounting Manager (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)
, Ohioacute Contractor Our  client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and support a growing finance organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring staff while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities Manage month-end close activities

Review reconciliations and financial reporting

Supervise and mentor accounting team members

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAPLead special projects and process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Previous management or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of GAAPCPA preferred but not required
