Student Assistant 2 - Extension Administration

Hours:
Flexible. May work up to 28 hours per week if taking classes and up to 38 hours during the summer and/or academic breaks.
- Provide high-quality summaries related to administrative, project, and program work for the OSU Extension Leadership Team.
- Provide detailed summaries based on requests by assisting staff.
- Coordinate activities for other student employees; responsibilities will be moderate and less routine, requiring responsibility and good judgement.
- Represent the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity, applying OSU mission and shared values.
- Maintain excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment.
- Be a detail-oriented, proactive student who enjoys organizing information, coordinating logistics, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- The position is based on the Columbus campus in the Agricultural Administration building.
- Evidence of previous experience and knowledge or skill in a student assistant role is preferred.
- Ability to work with professional composure and integrity; strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate logistics, organize information, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Current status as a student or employee eligible to apply for OSU extensions as applicable; completion and accuracy of required documents during the application process.
