Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2
Department: Medicine | IM Hematology
Administrative Assistant coordinates and provides administrative support to the Hemostasis and Thrombosis program within the Division of Hematology, Department of Internal Medicine. Responsibilities include coordinating physician calendars, travel plans and reimbursements, planning and scheduling professional meetings and conferences nationwide, communicating with physicians and healthcare workers, updating CVs, tracking CME records, typing evaluations, maintaining files, answering phones, performing confidential administrative duties, liaising with faculty, staff, investigators, labs, pharmaceutical companies, and other cancer institutions, initiating and following up on correspondence, and preparing reports and documents.
