IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is hiring an IT Project Coordinator (Hybrid – Columbus, OH) to support scheduling, documentation, meeting coordination, and project tracking for large-scale IT and business initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics, along with strong proficiency in project management tools.

• Coordinate IT project timelines, deliverables, and team assignments
• Create and maintain project documentation, task lists, schedules, and reports
• Track milestones and dependencies; identify and escalate issues and risks
• Update project plans using MS Project, manage workflows in JIRA, and prepare reports in Excel
• Support project meetings, create agendas, document outcomes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities
• Assist PMO or project managers with administrative and reporting tasks
• Support project intake processes and ensure compliance with internal standards

• 5+ years of project coordination experience
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics is preferred
• 1+ year of experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Excel
• Strong documentation, communication, and scheduling abilities
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple active projects
