Job Description
Location:
Fully Onsite (Columbus, OH). Candidates from Wheeling, WV are also considered.
1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Do you have a keen eye for detail? This position focuses on document review and preparation, creating spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents to support the client’s brand and track project progress.
Job duties- Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software.
- Transcribe tapes, scan and clean documents, and convert documents to/from different file formats.
- Recover/restore corrupted document files when needed.
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Use document comparison software, red‑lining, and general editing to correct legal documents as directed.
- Create complex formulas and functions to analyze data.
- Produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Intake work requests from the client, clarify instructions, negotiate deadlines with the requester, and prioritize work requests across the team.

Qualifications- Associate degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered when directly related to the functions of the job.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a legal document production environment preferred.
The salary range for this role at the RRD location is $18.50 per hour. Starting pay decisions are based on education, qualifications, skills, experience, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. The compensation package may include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or stand‑by pay.
