FLSA: Full-Time, Exempt
Work Location: Onsite Distribution Center in Worthington, OH
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Annual Compensation: Starting at $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
Luxe Brands () is seeking an Inventory Operations Specialist to support the accuracy and efficiency of inventory operations across our retail and corporate environments. This role will be responsible for inventory tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvements to ensure product availability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong ability to identify discrepancies, streamline inventory processes, and partner cross-functionally to support a high-performing retail operation.

- Experience in order and inventory management
- Experience in customer service and/or retail will be a plus
- Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to process changes

- Create, manage, and maintain all purchase orders (POs) ensuring accuracy and completeness of POs, including pricing, quantities, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communication, including order confirmations, changes, delays, and issue resolution.
- Review vendor payment requests for accuracy, matching against POs and receiving documentation.
- Manage and update vendor information as it relates to ordering processing timelines.
- Coordinate with the DC Operations Manager regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability.
- Manage store collateral inventory process, including sourcing.
- Follow all procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, invoice, and vendor documentation, including invoice reconciliation, billbacks, and credit memos in coordination with Accounting.
- High level of cross‑departmental support and communication with sales, marketing, and accounting.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management system and ensure system count align with physical inventory.
- Own and manage the markdown process, including setup and execution of price changes across systems and stores.
