We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to support the Firm’s President. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to grow. No specialized prior experience is required and training will be provided for the right candidate.
Salary:$45,000–$48,000 annually
Key Responsibilities- Review, draft, and manage professional email correspondence
- Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar and schedule
- Serve as a proxy for the President in designated meetings
- Make and receive client phone calls with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
