Vestis -  -  - Responsibilities:
Process payroll weekly, track time and attendance, report commissions per policy and union agreement.;
Forward and post notices regarding company policy, payroll, HR and compliance to market center employees.;
Review and maintain time and attendance system; maintain HR files including DOT, OSHA, and other compliant records; support new hire orientation.;
Assist on-site accounting: review and maintain management reports, inventory counts, and API reviews; input data for KPI metrics.;
Support on-site office operations: procure supplies, manage front desk, and assist with billing documents.
