This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with 3-5
years of experience in an office environment and a genuine passion for commercial real estate or a strong eagerness to learn. The ideal candidate will be punctual, possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Lease administration backup duties
- Writing leases and transmitting via Dropbox Sign
- Operational expenses, rent increases
- Running background and credit checks for potential tenants
- Tracking leasing activity
- Cash management and check processing duties Processing and posting receipts
- Running various reports for owner relating to both accounting, legal and leasing
- Billing management, including utilities
- Accounts Payable scanning, filing
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience with Appfolio or other property management software a plus
