Executive Administrative Assistant - Accounting & Lead Administration
Employment Type:

Hours:
8-5pm

- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings through Outlook
- Arrange and coordinate business travel as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate large meetings, including room scheduling, audio-visual setup
- Create PowerPoint presentations and presentation materials
- Maintain and safeguard highly confidential financial and lease documentation
- Create, modify and analyze Excel spreadsheets
- Partner w/ administrative staff to support daily office operations
