Litigation Experience is a must have, labor employment is a nice to have skill
- Handle and organize legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Support billing and financial tasks, including time entry, expense reports, and billing letters
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, drafting discovery requests, organizing evidence, and managing court filing deadlines
- Provide support to team members on daily tasks as needed
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records
- Experience in litigation and labor & employment law is a priority
- Knowledge of legal documentation, court filing procedures, and trial preparation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and perform administrative tasks
