About the Position

Hamilton Capital is seeking a dynamic professional to add to our Client Experience Team. The Client Experience Ambassador’s primary responsibility is representing Hamilton Capital in making memorable first and last impressions with our clients and providing extraordinary support service to both clients and internal team members. The Ambassador must be professional, caring, and genuinely interested in making people feel welcome and delighted.

The role also requires a variety of operational and administrative tasks.

Primary Position Responsibilities
  • Proudly represents Hamilton Capital brand as the first line of communication to office visitors, maintaining a professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.
  • Creates a warm reception for clients on-site, improves overall visit by managing conference rooms, lobby, and other client-facing facilities, and builds trusted relationships through strong rapport with clients and teammates.
  • Self‑motivated and excited to exceed expectations in assisting internal and external needs in alignment with our commitment to deliver and serve with excellence.
  • Supports events to enhance brand/culture experience, including ideation and execution to ensure the Hamilton Capital brand shines through every time.
  • Manages all office needs: supplies, food and beverage, communication with facilities management and vendors, mail distribution.
  • Manages local pickups and drop-offs (mail/UPS) and other off‑site operational support tasks.
  • Supports new employee onboarding through phone and security system/protocols training, handles administrative items on onboarding/role change checklists.
  • Executes mass email communications, mailings, and event invitations; monitors to ensure successful launch to intended recipients and includes firm‑wide events and regularly scheduled programs.
  • Updates website with provided content; ensures timing of posted firm information, photos, and employee bios.
  • Ensures client relationship management system (CRM) is updated, including annual client audit updates.
  • Monitors and distributes Wealth Management System alerts to advisory team.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in a similar capacity preferred
  • Outstanding client service with a heart to serve, contagious smile and enjoys making people feel welcome and comfortable
  • Demonstrates flexibility by providing highly versatile cross‑functional support
  • Poised, professional, and positive demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage interruptions
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Reliable, shows ownership of responsibilities, and consistently helps teammates when needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and aptitude to learn specialized software programs; experience with an email management system (e.g., Constant Contact) a plus.
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs. as needed; reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with the ADA.
