The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing office resources, and supporting staff to enhance productivity and maintain a professional atmosphere. The Office Manager plays a critical role in facilitating communication, organizing office procedures, and contributing to an effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
Supervise administrative staff and provide support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues, providing prompt and professional responses.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs or upgrades.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management as needed.
Organize company events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.

Required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
Proven track record of managing office operations and staff effectively.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
Familiarity with office software and equipment.
