Job SummaryThe Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the senior executive team, managing and executing all tasks required to support the senior executives including heavy calendar management, scheduling executive meetings, screening calls and correspondence, and coordinating travel and events.
Essential Functions- Regularly, frequently, and independently interfaces with high-level internal and external contacts requiring considerable discretion, initiative and confidentiality.
- Understands the requirement for flexibility and accommodates shifting priorities and deadlines while representing and supporting the senior executive team.
- Combines overall understanding of a senior executive’s day‑to‑day responsibilities while working with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment and proactively communicating.
- Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel‑related meetings on behalf of the senior executives.
- Screens telephone calls and visitors in the office and resolves routine and complex inquiries.
- Plans, coordinates, and assists at various events; arranges logistics for special meetings or events including hotel reservations, equipment reservations, directions, food and refreshments, meeting spaces, and parking as needed.
- Coordinates special projects as directed.

Education: N/A
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience with supporting and/or serving as an executive assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior executives.
Language SkillsAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
