Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Onboarding Center

On behalf of the Wexner Medical Center, the coordinator will perform various processes to ensure the successful onboarding of new team members, including but not limited to I‑9 verification, background check review, and badge processing. The coordinator will review acceptable identification documents for accuracy and compliance within established guidelines, handle situations that may require additional processes, and provide support to the overall team.

• High School Diploma or GED with 1‑2 years experience in either processing background checks or I‑9 document processing.
• Must be available to work 100% on‑site Monday‑Friday.
