Job Summary

On behalf of the Wexner Medical Center (including its hospitals, College of Medicine and Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC)), the coordinator will perform various processes to ensure the successful onboarding of new team members, including but not limited to I‑9 employment eligibility verification, background check review, and badge processing.

Responsibilities
  • Verify I‑9 employment eligibility and review background check documents for accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Handle situations that may require additional processes and provide support to the overall onboarding team.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of experience in background check processing or I‑9 document processing.
  • Must be available to work 100% on‑site Monday through Friday.
