Our client, a national title company, is looking for an Admin Services Associate II to provide administrative support to designated functional areas, department managers, and staff. This position utilizes standard office technology and software to prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Responsibilities include maintaining filing systems organized by subject, number, or alphabetic order, as well as assisting with research and the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations using various software applications.
The Admin Services Associate II serves as a resource regarding company policies and procedures and may assist with coordinating departmental initiatives, special projects, and related activities. Additional duties include answering and directing calls, taking messages, responding to inquiries, managing office supply inventories, sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative assignments that are generally semi-routine in nature and require the ability to identify variances from standard practices.
- Work under general supervision for routine tasks and receive more detailed guidance for new or specialized assignments.
- Apply existing knowledge and experience to research issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Recommend or implement corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate-level administrative support experience within a corporate or professional office environment.
- Typically requires 4 6 years of relevant administrative experience.
